cold war kids-robbers and cowards[2006]

great album from a new and upcoming indie rock band. i'm sure some of you have heard of cold war kids by now but if you haven't and you are at all associated with the indie rock seen you WILL hear about them. they are the new flaming lips or white stripes. off-beat rythms and off tone vocals, now THAT is what indie rock is all about! oh and i think it's hilarious that the pianist never plays the right notes.....i apologize for my bias...check out "hang me up to dry" "we used to vacation" and the poorly played piano song (hilarious) "hospital beds".
